Woman Pleaded Guilty to Slapping Police Horse in Face

48-year-old Diane Harvey recently pleaded guilty to slapping a horse.
It's harder to find a more innocent face than that of a horse in the animal world.
A woman in Houston has been accused of a hateful and troubling crime. 48-year-old Diane Harvey recently pleaded guilty to slapping a horse.
She was arrested on August 6th. According to the Houston Police Department, Harvey had drunk a little too much alcohol.
She was sitting next to a big cup of beer when a horse mounted officer stopped and informed Harvey that she needed to pour out the beer or she would face an arrest for public intoxication. Unscathed, Harvey ignored the cop’s warning and drank the beer. When informed she was under arrest for public intoxication she began to walk away.
The officer moved his horse to get in Harvey’s path of foot travel. That’s when she became angry and slapped the horse on the face.
Thankfully for Harvey, the horse had undergone special law enforcement training which taught it not to react in hostile situations. The cop quickly handcuffed and took the female suspect to jail.
She was sentenced to four days in prison for her act of striking the equine.
