The following process can serve as your guide.

Spreading
Apply the self-leveling concrete mixture to the surface with a trowel. It is advisable to mix only the amount of concrete you can use in a 15-minute interval since it dries quickly than conventional concrete.

Smoothing
Smooth out the poured mixture using a squeegee and work on all corners as quick as you can.

Drying
You will need to wait for about 30 minutes for the poured concrete to set up and get into place. Then leave to dry for 12 hours, you can also dry-cure it if you’re working in a moderate climate.

Misting

During hot or windy conditions, spray the self-leveling concrete area with water. Do this for the first three hours after working on the entire surface to prevent it from drying quickly.

Curing

Let it dry after spraying with water and allow it to dry naturally. After 12 hours the concrete curing is complete and ready for final floor covering.
