Nelson Mandela is still in "critical condition" in a Pretoria hospital but on Friday his family members were battling it out in in court. At issue --- where to bury the 94-year-old leader when he dies.

Mandela's oldest daughter and a dozen other relatives won a court order against grandson Mandla. Friday's ruling has to do with Mandla's decision to move the remains of several other relatives from the family cemetery to his village on the Eastern Cape, where he is a Chief.

The court ordered Mandla, who exhumed the bodies without permission and buried them at a lavish memorial site, to return them to the family cemetery. The three bodies include Nelson Mandela's infant son and another son who died in a car cash.
