Use the always available search field, just above the Frontdesk reservation chart (http://www.hotelogix.com). Simply type in any of the details you may have, like part of the name (first or last), phone, reservation number Guest ID, or third party ref number in case of a channel booking, and pull out the matching list of bookings instantly.
