Amelia Pond - Sleep

Amelia waits for her imaginary friend "The Doctor" with her suitcase packed. She ends up safely snuggled up in bed dreaming of her future with him. But *how* did she get into bed? *WAS* he real?? Although *we* see The Doctor picking Amelia up, Amelia doesn't know *for sure* how she got there, as she never sees him. Maybe he *was just imaginary* after all??
