1 - Select a process to open on Cheat Engine
2 - Select the on with the FM Icon
3 - Type how much you have in he Value box and Click " First Scan "
4 - Click on the top one then hold Shift and scroll to bottom and Click the bottom one to Highlight them all
5 - Right Click and select Add Address to Address List
6 - Do Step 3 for the bottom area
7 - Right Click and select " Change " then " Value " and Type how much cash you want then Click Ok
8 - Go Back to FM and Click Continue

This also works for wage budget, just repeat the steps but input your current wage budget instead of transfer budget
