Hey, I am Suhani, a fashion enthusiast and a fashion designer and illustrator by profession.
Fashion is the instant language that connects clothes with people, there are different styles in different cultures we cultivate, and my interest and deep understanding of fashion lead me to pursue fashion professionally, so I completed my diploma in costume design and dressmaking in 2016.
Initially, being a housewife and a mother was challenging but somehow in the journey I figure out and managed to work as a freelancer in 2016 and since then there is no turning point. I have worked with 30+ brands all over India.
I specialize in designing and illustrating women’s wear and my expertise lies in the details of the art of handwork (embroidery/ crochet etc.) My style is more about uniqueness, elegance, and inclusion in the fashion line. I am a nature lover and most of my designs are inspired by the raw and unfiltered colors and patterns of the universe.
With time we have advanced so much in technology, which has also resulted in mass production and underpaid workers, the true sense of hand work and sow fashion is becoming rare. The days are gone when you got to wear the coziest sweater your grandmother weaved.
With my expertise, I want to enlighten the true essence of fashion which is forward and doesn't harm the environment.
I have worked with so many fashion-forward and sustainable fashion brands and I believe the future of fashion and humans as an entity lies in there.
