Créé en 2006 à l’initiative du chanteur guitariste Eric Raucourt (Keep Soul 1994/2001), avec Sylvain Djaloyan à la batterie et aux percussions, Floriane Joyez au chant et aux choeurs et Andréï Bizioukine à la basse, Proud’n Merry à un répertoire de compositions et de reprises largement influencé par la musique Rock-Blues-Soul-Funk & folk des années 70-80 (Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, O. Redding, Marvin Gaye, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Police, U2… et bien d'autres encore).
