2003 City Livability Award: Hanging outside at Starry Nite

In 2003, ARTWalk received the U.S. Conference of Mayors City Livability Award. To showcase ARTWalks urban art trail, the USCM created a short video documentary. The B-roll from this documentary provides an excellent visual archive of the improvements that ARTWalk created for the University Ave neighborhood. In this particular video clip, ARTWalk Executive Director, Doug Rice and Mayor Bill Johnson sit down with local residents for informal conversation at Starry Nites (2003).
