Dr. Dena Riso is the owner of Peninsula Hearing Center. As a native San Diegan and Audiologist who has worked with the hearing impaired for ten years, Dena prides herself on continuing to care for the community she calls home. Her experience includes a variety of healthcare settings from private practice to hospitals. She is also an educational Audiologist in the high school system, providing the capability to properly assess any individual's hearing needs no matter their age, budget, lifestyle or type of hearing loss. Peninsula Hearing Center is a conveniently located in a neighborhood office in Point Loma with a friendly, knowledgeable, full-time staff. The staff here shares a community focus, which is enhanced by Dena, who remains active in the Point Loma Association, the Kiwanis Club of Point Loma, and the Ocean Beach Main Street Association. With this home-grown, professional expertise Dena and her staff can accurately develop a healthy hearing plan to improve the quality of life for every patient that walks through the door. Taking part in all that Southern California has to offer, she also loves the beach, biking and swimming.
