This channel is going to be about myself lifting weights and sharing some ideas and thoughts pertaining to exercise, nutrition, weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and staying healthy. There will be a lot of information, some similar to other channels, and some different. I wanted to start this channel for multiple reasons, one being that I wanted a way to keep track of my personal weightlifting/health progress for the years to come, another being that I can do something I like and make some money off of it as little as it may be, third being I can help people by giving them advice or even acting as a motivational figure for them, fourth this channel can become a business in the future if there are enough people who enjoy my content, then I can offer services such as online coaching or sell products to help support the channel.
