Own Your Own Tone is a new coaching program from guitarist Chris Dawkins AKA Earl TuTu. During the course Chris aims to help and support each student develop their own individuality and tone within their guitar playing.
In a career spanning 25 years he has played with some of the biggest names in the music industry. He has toured the world stage extensively and has appeared on countless albums adding his unique flavor. Chris has developed a musical sensibility that can only be accredited to his years of experience.
His TV, radio and stage appearances are too numerous to mention but include Jools Holland, Jo Whiley; The White Room, Trevor Nelson; Urban Dance Show and sessions at the BBC’s Maida Vale studio as well as performances at the Royal Albert Hall and the Montreux Jazz Festival.
Credits include Lonnie Liston Smith, Nightmares On Wax, Jack Johnson, Finley Quaye, LSK, Jimi Tenor, LTJ Bukem, and the Oceans Eleven and Buffalo Soldiers movie soundtracks.
