During the latter years of his college journey, JB Hoover unearthed his passion for homebuilding, thanks to an introduction by a friend and business associate to the field. This introduction piqued his interest, leading him to delve deeper into the world of construction to determine if it was a path he wanted to pursue. It didn't take long for Hoover to become captivated by the industry. Fast forward over a decade, and JB Hoover has evolved into a skilled leader and adept project manager, capable of seamlessly steering a project from its initial evaluation to its ultimate completion.

Operating from Newport Beach, JB Hoover currently holds the position of Principal and Founder at National Quality Construction. This nationwide firm specializes in overseeing contracting and management processes for the restoration of distressed homes. Previously, Hoover held the role of Vice President of Construction at a Custom Boutique Homebuilder in San Clemente, California. During this tenure, he managed a portfolio of over fifteen multi-family housing projects simultaneously. His responsibilities spanned the entire spectrum, from procuring bids to property disposition, ensuring the success of each project stage.

Beyond managing personnel, JB Hoover's responsibilities encompass diverse facets. He conducts comprehensive research and due diligence on potential products and collaborates with external appraisers, realtors, title companies, and escrow companies to facilitate timely scheduling, reporting, and negotiations.
