Emilio Cardenal and his son Emilio Jose Cardenal opened Interinvestments Realty in 1992 with the vision of creating a firm that would have a true understanding of the pre-construction market opportunities in South Florida. They started the team, with two associates in a small room in the Lennar Corporate Center.
Today, this one time family oriented operation, has grown into one of the most innovative high-tech real estate operations in the State of Florida. Interinvestments Realty is currently represented by over 400 associates that service the east coast, southwest coast, and central Florida. However, through our expansion certain basic principles have remained. We treat our representatives like family. We respect one another because we care for one another! And these values are passed on to our customers. We are not afraid of hard work and together we strive to surpass expectations. After all, we are the Interinvestments Realty family.
