~O Allah,yal Hayyul Qayyum(You are the One,the Living,the Giver,the Sustainer, & Protector of everything)
Quran, surah 5,"8. O ye who believe! stand out firmly for Allah, as witnesses to fair dealing, and let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just: that is next to piety: and fear Allah. For Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.9. To those who believe and do deeds of righteousness hath Allah promised forgiveness and a great reward."
"The Muslim Ummah is like one body. If the eye is in pain then the whole body is in pain and if the head is in pain then the whole body is in pain" + "You find the Muslims in their mutual love and compassion, like one body, should any organ of it fall ill, the rest of the body will share in the fever and sleeplessness that ensues". (al-Bukhari)
"People are becoming completely emersed in worldly things, everything is about dunya.everything is about pleasure, luxury. Luxury is not the goal of life, the people closest to Allah(swt) on Day of Judgment and in the Hereafter are the people who left this world for the sake of Allah(swt). -Shaykh Hamza Yusuf, Eid Adha lecture)
Here is a dua, prayer, to do during Salaat or anytime: "Allah-huma aa'udu bika min azabee jahnam(1), wa min azabee kabri(2), wa min fitna-til mahya-yee, wal ma ma'te, wa min fitna til shar-ree-yah masiya'h dajjal(3)" Loose translation "I seek refuge in Allah's help from the trials of the (1)hellfire, from the trials of the (2)grave, from the trials of this world, and from the trials of the anti-christ, (3)dajjal." Amen
