Genie ou Rien takes its name from a song by Serge Gainsbourg and/or the Small Faces (loosely translated as “Genius/All……… or nothing).
The company has been in existence since 1999 and despite the industry downturn is still in existence.
While the label is certainly eclectic and diverse ranging from hip-hop, jazz, rap to the “’chanson française’, the core idea is quality and originality.
All of our artists are free to come and go as they please.
Given the music industry malaise, we concentrate on the direct presentation of our artists at live concerts and festivals while at the same time going through traditional distribution outlets.
