I am a professor of government and an attorney, and I write an informational blog and provide informational videos on recalls and food-borne outbreaks. The outbreaks are usually liked to Norovirus (like the current Golden Corral outbreak), E. coli (like a recent spinach and leafy green outbreak), salmonella (like the massive egg outbreak of 2010), botulism (rare, but deadly), or listeria (like two current recalls, one for sprouts and one for salmon). I invite others to contribute entries to my blog, provided they are educational and deal with food safety.
