My name is Jon and I'm a Personal Fitness Trainer. As a former Gymnast, I focus mostly on Body Weight resistance exercises and I also enjoy healthy cooking!
On my Channel, I teach a well balanced approach to health and fitness without Dogma! I explore many different opinions on nutrition and teach you how to cook quick and healthy meals using real food. I also show you ways to switch up your exercise routine to make it fun and interesting, and even show you cool ways to exercise outside of the gym! Just like I have with my own clients for the past 10 years. I use minimal amounts of equipment, or just my own body weight as resistance so my audience can do the exercises at home with me without needing to go to a gym. I want to inspire you to make a healthy, active lifestyle part of your DNA, so it is just part of who you are.
