Conrad Gallagher (born 1971) has more than 30 years of experience working in hospitality, with specialist knowledge of brand management, concept development and successful company restructuring. Gallagher’s current role sees him based in South Africa, as the Chief Executive Officer of Food Concepts 360.
From 2016 – 2019 Gallagher was based in the Middle East and Africa, having taken the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with Aura Hospitality & Food Services Doha in Qatar, having been promoted from Group Executive Chef and Culinary Director.
Prior to this role, Gallagher first gained experience of the industry by working in restaurant kitchens, most notably in Michelin Star restaurants during his early 20s. Gallagher moved on to run and operate his own restaurants, and later took roles such as Corporate Chef, Culinary Director and Managing Director for leading hotels & restaurant groups throughout Africa and the Middle East.
