Balance is a group of diverse individuals with varying styles, influences and tastes that come together to form a band with a unique voice. Some of the members have a very checkered past and some don't have any past at all of which to speak. Both are testimonies in themselves. They show God's ability to change a heart and God's ability to keep a heart pure. Both demonstrate God's love.

This group has been playing together with just a few line-up changes here and there since Jan of 2000. All members that have been a part are still involved with the group in some aspect whether writing or producing. They enjoy playing and meeting new people all over, answering questions about life to guitar strings. Other than the obvious aspect of seeing people's lives changed by the message of Jesus through music, they like to dispel the myth that somehow Christian music is sub-par to the mainstream music. They really enjoy entertaining the Christian listener to catching the non-Christian's attention. This group also tackles tough subjects in their music such as lust and casual Christianity. Their music speaks to all that will hear.

They have recorded five songs at Heritage Recording Studios in Macon, GA. Recorded another six songs at Southern Tracks Studios in Atlanta, GA. where owner Mike Clark {http://www.southerntracks.com /mike.htm} and close friend Buddy Buie (founder of 70's group Atlanta Rhythm Section) {http://www.alamhof.org/buiebu d.htm} took these guys under their wing and started to push their music. In June of 2004 until January 2005 these guys worked with Monroe Jones, producer of several Third Day albums among many others, trying to find the right opportunity.

This band has been the featured artist on WKMX 106.7's Sunday morning invitation to worship and is played regularly on this show. Also has been interviewed and had their music played on WIZB 94.3 His Radio in Dothan, AL. and also played their listener appreciation concert. They have been regular guest on the 94.3 Saturday night show, Positive Force Positive Choice with Rich and Andy. They also headlined the PFPC concert in Ozark, AL back in September of 2004.
