Since 1985, when he entered the world of real estate development, Alex Dembitzer has made a name for himself as an investor, property manager, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He has developed hundreds of holdings across the United States, including apartments, industrial and flex properties, office buildings, and public works.

After many years of success as an independent businessman, Alex founded Sky Management Services, LLC, which brings together a team of expert real estate professionals to create new developments and refurbish existing holdings. Under Alex’s guidance, Sky Management Services has brought its creative thinking and pragmatic know-how to large metro areas from Philadelphia to Los Angeles.

Throughout his career, Alex has made it a priority to follow his ideals. Under his direction, Sky Management Services has also become active in renewable energy, establishing solar rooftop plants and connecting properties to the solar grid. Alex is also passionate about charitable work, particularly in the field of public health.

In 2007, Alex and his wife Rosa established Northern Charitable, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that collaborates with local charities throughout the US and Israel. Northern Charitable’s programs work to improve the health and well-being of disadvantaged people, whether through easier access to health care, academic scholarships, or fitness programs.
