Peu de gens savent que toutes les nuits, à 03h33, les horloges s'arrêtent et le temps se fige l'espace d'un instant. Durant une fraction de seconde, une deuxième nuit prend vie, une nuit magique où les esprits de la ville se rassemblent et organisent leurs propres fêtes de quartier. Certaines âmes, les moins fortunées, prises au piège entre ces deux mondes, sont en charge du contrôle de ce tumulte.
Voici l'histoire du combat éternel pour l'âme de São Paulo, l'affrontement entre la bohême et l'autoritarisme, entre la comédie et l'horreur.
Only a few know that every night at 3:33 all clocks stop and time is frozen for a moment. During what is a fraction of second to mortal eyes there is a second night, a magical one where the spirits of the city gather in their own block parties. Some less fortunate souls still trapped between the two worlds are in charge of controlling the tumult.
"The Master's Voice" is a film telling the story of the eternal battle for the soul of São Paulo, the clash between bohemia and authoritarianism, between comedy and horror.
