Mango Sauce - Ice Cream Topping Recipe by Annuradha Toshniwal
INGREDIENTS-
pulp of 2 mangoes
1 cup water
1 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornflour
2-3 tbsp. sugar

METHOD-
- Add 1 tbsp. cornflour to a cup of water. Mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp. sugar to a hot pan. Let it caramelise.
- Add cornflour water to the pan. Stir to avoid lumps. Let it boil.
- Once the sugar melts completely, add mango pulp.
- Add 1 tsp. butter. Mix well. Let it boil.
- Refrigerate and serve cold as an ice cream topping.
