Languishing in jail despite bail

It's case of a gross miscarriage of justice. A woman was kept in a prison for nearly 20 years despite a bail and subsequently an acquittal. After the High court's intervention the victim has finally been let off but those accused of serious violations of human right are yet to be face the heat.
