A decision on Law Minister Ashwani Kumar's continuance in the Union Cabinet will depend on the view taken by the Supreme Court tomorrow when it examines the CBI affidavit on the coal blocks allocation report, Congress said on Tuesday (May 7). The party also made it clear that it will wait for the CBI investigation to play itself out in the Railway Board post scandal before deciding the fate of Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal, whose nephew was arrested on bribery charge.

In a debate moderated by TIMES NOW's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, panelists -- L Rajagopal, MP, Lok Sabha, Congress; Amarendra Sharan, Former Addl Solicitor General; Nirmala Sitharaman, National Spokesperson, BJP; Rahul Mehra, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court; Kamal Faruqui, Natl Secy, SP and Dr. Mehboob Beig, Senior Leader & MP Lok Sabha, NC -- discuss whether if Ashwani Kumar gets affected tomorrow, will the line of fire be directly on the Prime Minister.
