Mayor candidates struggle in Manila election

Campaigning is under way in the Philippine capital Manila, ahead of next month's mayoral elections. All of the candidates will have to prove their economic credentials - to residents who say their prospects are limited. Al Jazeera's Jamela Alindogan reports from Manila.
