Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the alleged Boston Marathon bomber, will not be treated as an "enemy combatant", a White House Spokesman revealed today. He will instead face charges as a criminal defendant. Tsarnaev was read the charges he’s facing by a Federal Magistrate today from his hospital bed. But what those exact charges are, for now, under seal.
