US surgeons help Uganda fight infant menace

Doctors in Uganda have developed a new way to treat babies suffering from a deadly virus. Hydrocephalus causes a newborn's head to swell, which if untreated, could lead to the death of the babies. But doctors in Uganda have developed a new technique for treating the condition. And American neurosurgeons are flying in to learn how to do the surgery. Al Jazeera's Malcolm Webb reports from Mbale, Uganda.
