Bus driver molests 10-year-old in capital

It has been exactly 4 months since the nation pledged to make New Delhi a safer place for women just after Nirbhaya's case, but nothing seems to have changed so far. A minor was sexually assaulted by a bus driver in Sultanpur. Though the driver has been arrested. How many cases would it take for the Government to wake up and take note of this situation?
