U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry meets South Korean President Park Geun-Hye

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Friday met South Korean President Park Geun-hye in Seoul to discuss responses to the North Korean issue, amid high tension on the peninsula.
Seoul's presidential office said, Park appreciated Kerry's commitment at a meeting of foreign ministers from G-8 nations over the North Korean issue.
G-8 foreign ministers condemned on Thursday "in the strongest possible terms" North Korea's nuclear weapons and missile programme and warned that the North would face more sanctions in case of a missile launch.
The meeting came after a U.S. government agency said North Korea had a nuclear weapon it could mount on a missile, but the assessment was swiftly dismissed by several U.S. officials and South Korea.
