S Korea's twin-track approach to Pyongyang

South Korean President Park Geun-hye has promised to pursue a twin-track approach with Pyongyang - tough on military and nuclear matters, but open to engagement and humanitarian measures.

The first batch of aid approved by her administration was delivered to the North last week.
