OMS Arena, a Korean cargo ship, has been anchored off the coast of Chennai since 2010 over a commercial dispute and now the crew has abandoned this vessel claiming that the owners have stopped supply of basic provisions. With fears of it capsizing, is it an environmental disaster waiting to happen?
