The Delhi High Court on Tuesday (April 9) told Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit that they would accept the content of a petition, which accused her of misleading the people by misrepresenting facts on construction of low-cost flats ahead of 2008 polls, after she failed to file her reply to the plea. A division bench of justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Indermeet Kaur said "we would accept the contents of the petition as she failed to file the counter affidavit despite several opportunities to her."
