Bolshoi Ballet is sued by one of its top male dancers

The world famous Bolshoi Ballet has been hit by scandal recently. There was the much reported acid attack on the company's creative director for which a male dancer is facing trial and then a former soloist claimed the female dancers were forced to sleep with wealthy patrons.
Now, one of Russia's top ballet celebrities Nikolai Tsiskaridze is suing the Bolshoi Ballet Theatre, asking them to annul two reprimands given to him by the administration after he gave interviews to media.
The dancer wasn't at court but his lawyer Svetlana Volodina gave this statement.
SOUNDBITE (Russian) Svetlana Volodina, Lawyer for Nikolai Tsiskaridze, saying:
"Most importantly, he gave interviews when he wasn't at work. Secondly, he didn't say anything evil about the Bolshoi Theatre. There is a right to criticism in connection with the fact that he has the right to his own point of view. Therefore, freedom of speech
