A 10-year-old girl, who was allegedly raped by goons in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, was put behind bars by women cops after she approached them to file a complaint along with her mother. The station in charge claims she's clueless about the incident. How can a 10 year old rape victim seeking justice from the police, be locked up by those who are meant to protect her?
