Italian Marines Case: Another hurdle

It's still not clear which court will conduct the trial of the two Italian marines -- Massimiliano Lattore and Salvatore Girone -- accused of killing two Indian fishermen off the Kerala coast. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will file a charge-sheet and then a sessions court in Delhi will decide whether the case will be handed over to a special court or the existing NIA court.
