Keeping her sinuses open during while face down in a massage

The only thing I thought about that would help was Peppermint, but she mentioned that at another location she put something else under her nose to help, do any of you know what she might have been talking about? I'm unfamiliar with this product but MOST interested to learn if I can help out future clients!"
