Carl Pistorius, the elder brother of Olympic and Paralympic athletics star Oscar Pistorius, was back in a South Africa courtroom on Wednesday (March 27) as he faces a culpable murder charge following the death of a motorcyclist in 2008.
The case is unrelated to the Valentine's Day shooting of his younger brother's girlfriend.
