Poor Sri Lankans face firewood health risk

Hundreds of experts from around the world are gathering in the Cambodian capital to discuss health problems linked to the use of firewood for cooking. Millions of poor people everywhere do it. But research shows they risk getting lung and heart diseases. Nearly 80 percent of Sri Lankans use firewood stoves, and as Al Jazeera's Minelle Fernandez reports, most have little choice.
