Lee 500 gallon stainless steel jacketed kettle. Jacket leaks. Model 500D7S. National Board # 3484. The jacket was rated for 100 psi @ 338° F. Kettle has a hemispherical bottom with scrape agitating and baffles for increased agitation. The scrape agitator is driven by a 3 hp 1720 rpm electric motor through a 58.67:1 ratio reducer. The kettle is 60" in diameter with a 25" straight side and a 30" dish depth. The overall height with agitator is 125". The top has (4) 2" sanitary Tri-Clamps and a 1/3 hinged lid. The side has (2) 1.5" threaded fittings and (1) 3/4" threaded fitting. The bottom has a 1.5" threaded fitting and a 4" sanitary Tri-Clamp center discharge that is 47" from the ground. Serial # A9677-2. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Jacket leaks but is still an excellent mixing tank.
