Activists, senior citizens protest in Delhi

Delhi's Jantar Mantar turned into the epicenter of protests once again. This time around several activists and senior citizens gathered to demand the universalisation and enhancement of old age pension. They also demanded an increase in the pension amount to Rs 2000 a month. Currently, some states pay out old-age pension to the elderly, but the amount varies.
