Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Charles B. Schudson Monica Migliorino Miller to nine months in prison, saying the woman is a danger to the community. Her attorney, William Kerner, called the sentence the harshest ever given to an anti-abortion activist in Milwaukee.
Schudson said he sentenced Monica Migliorino Miller for her criminal conduct at an abortion protest, not for her anti-abortion stance."Monica Miller is not being sentenced for her beliefs or for her efforts to rescue unborn children.
