Police Chief Involved in Chris Brown Scandal Resigns

Richmond Police Chief Bryan Norwood resigned today, not long after being accused of enabling Chris Brown to cheat his way out of doing community service. Some say Norwood had been planning to resign for another job in Raleigh, NC anyway, but others suspect a more sinister plot and the judge in Brown's case is demanding verification of Brown's service hours.
