Product is great / instructions terrible

I think the actual product seems to be of great quality. I attempted to read the instructions and decided after a bit that I would throw them with the packaging and just put the line up without them. I was very disappointed with the instructions but other than that I am happy with the product.

Lifestyle clotheslines are very competetive in price and also an australian owned company which i like...
They even sent me a thank you letter which was nice after i purchased the clothesline.
I also got free shipping as a special deal... definately beats going to the shops !!

Great line, terrible instructions

Love my new clothes line, but the installation instructions were astoundingly bad - ie we got the line set up in spite of the instructions...
