Are You Aware Of What You're Thinking?

Most people wonder through each day and sadly some make it through a lifetime, without ever being aware of what they're actually thinking about.

We have two minds. The conscious and the subconscious. Interestingly enough, most of us believe that what we are talking about or doing physically is actually what we are thinking about.That's called the conscious mind or conscious thinking. Well, there is a much greater force driving your life. It's called the subconscious mind. It's the beast in the basement. And for many, it is telling them things each and every second of the day how bad they look, or who did them wrong, or why they're such a loser, or why they'll never get what they really want blah blah blah...

Are You Aware Of What You're Thinking?

And that conversation constantly hounds them and they don't even know it. In order for you to change your life you must first change your thoughts. BUT, in order for you to change your thoughts, you MUST first be aware of what you're thinking.

How is this done?

It's easy.

Here's a simple exercise for you to start beginning tomorrow morning or if you want RIGHT NOW.

Simply ask yourself throughout the day. "What Am I Thinking About"? - that's it.

Once you can identify your thoughts, you can change your thoughts. And once you can change your thoughts, you can change your life.

If you find yourself thinking about how in debt you are, change that to: "I'm blessed and Highly Favored to be living in America and I have everything that I need at the moment.
