Increasing too is the number of Syrians forced to flee to refugee camps like this one in the northern town of Atme, 60km from Idlib.
Conditions in the camp, which houses between 15-20 thousand refugees, are difficult, particularly in the winter months.
This refugee says the numbers in the camp increase day by day.
He says this is a result of the continued violent attacks by the regime against the Syrian people.
