Marcos legacy still haunts Philippine human rights victims

The Phillippine government is trying to make up for past human rights abuses.

It created a law this week to compensate victims during the 20-year dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos.

But victims of abuses say it does not do enough to heal their wounds.
