A crackdown in China.

Authorities go after child traffickers -- targeting nine rings nationwide.

89 children were rescued and 355 adults were taken into custody.

The children are now finding care at nursing homes as authorities look for their parents.

China's one child policy has bolstered a traditional preference for males, seen as the main support for elderly parents and heirs to the family name.

There is also demand for baby girls destined to be future brides potentially attracting rich dowries.
