Berlusconi announces comeback bid

Italy's former Prime Minister Berlusconi, who was forced to resign last year amid a sex scandal and a debt crisis, says he will run for office again next year. Hours after his announcement, current PM Mario Monti said he will resign once next year's budget is approved.
