Mega star Rihanna gets inked again. Rihanna was spotted entering a tattoo parlor wearing a lewd t-shirt that depicted a woman's butt tattooed with the words "West Coast". But the real question on the paparazzi's mind was whether Ri-Ri and Chris Brown had rekindled their relationship.
